Wendi’s Good Things Market Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship orders from Wendi’s Good Things Market in Colorado.

Processing Times

Standard orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, special promotions, and other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within the continental United States is $6.95.

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more within the continental United States.

Shipping charges may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, oversized items, or certain products.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible orders and destinations.

Our current expedited rates are:

Second Business Day — $20
Next Business Day — $30

Orders requiring expedited shipping should be placed by 12:00 noon Mountain Time. Expedited delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders placed after noon on Friday, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Alaska & Hawaii

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $8.95, unless otherwise calculated at checkout based on the order.

P.O. Boxes

Some expedited shipping services may not be available for P.O. Boxes. Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives broken, damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@wendismarket.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping packaging.

We’ll work with you to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and order weight where available.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import fees imposed by their country.
